A few snaps of the neighborhood


Pangrati neighborhood is a maze of stairs, alleyways, side streets, and busy thoroughfares

a very nice apartment, called a flat 


the cats are everywhere, and it is apparent that people put out food for them


now, this is graffiti I can get behind!

    That was one of the things that surprised me about Athens-- the graffiti. Not only was it all over the place, it was also on the sides of these magnificent churches and these amazing statues. Crazy.
